高炉内部不同区域的环境存在差异,确定不同冷却壁在高炉内的合适安装位置,以延长冷却壁寿命,同时达到高炉长寿的目的,仍是设计师们应考虑的问题。以高炉炉内温度场为基础,从材料的导热性能、抗热冲击性能和耐磨性能3方面进行分析,提出了风口以上不同区域冷却壁的设计要求,并根据设计要求探讨了铜冷却壁和铸铁冷却壁的布置方式。研究结果表明,炉身中、上部应采用球墨铸铁冷却壁,炉腰、炉腹及炉身下部应采用铜冷却壁。

Circumstances are varying among different parts of inner BF, and for the purpose of BF long campaign, ensuring reasonable installation position of cooling staves in BF for cooling stave life extension is still a considerable problem for designers. On a basis of BF inner temperature field, through the analysis on conductivity, washing resistance and abrasive resistance of materials, design requirements of cooling staves installed on different parts above tuyere was proposed, and according to the design requirements, the arrangement of copper staves and cast iron staves was discussed. The results shows that ductile iron staves should be installed on middle and upper stack, while copper staves should be installed on bosh, belly and lower stack.
