热交换器传热管材质为2级纯钛,工作时管内通海水,累计使用4个月时部分管子发生泄漏。通过理化试验和综合分析后认为,海水中沉积的泥砂和管内橡胶残片集结成一体,对传热管形成局部阻塞,水流在阻塞物周围产生涡流,发生冲蚀磨损,造成钛管泄漏失效。

Secondlevel pure titanium heat exchanger pipe began to leak after four months operation. By physical and chemical testing and comprehensive analysis, it is suggest that deposited sands and rubber relics lead to local clogging of the pipe, so vortex around the clog lead to erosion abrasion.
