聚合物胶束作为纳米载体在药物的传输系统中具有广阔的应用前景.综述了聚合物胶束的结构和特点、聚合物胶束的形成过程及其稳定性,并结合研究的课题,阐述了以天然高分子(壳聚糖)为原料制备的接枝聚合物胶束的优势,及其作为药物载体的应用进展.
