长期浸泡在镀铬液中工作的氯磺化聚乙烯橡胶辊表面极易发生开裂现象。为了研究其影响因素及形成机理,自行设计了静、动态试验装置进行相关测试,并采用宏观和微观检验等方法进行分析。结果表明,胶辊失效是由于工作时受到应力腐蚀和疲劳复合作用,镀铬液的温度、Cr6+浓度、胶辊所受载荷及转速等因素对其表面开裂有着不同程度的影响。

Cracking often occurs on the surface of chlorosulfonated polyethylene rubber roller immersed in the chromeplating solution for a long time.In order to study the influencing factors and formation mechanism,some tests were conducted with the help of the homemade static-dynamic device,and the cracks were analyzed by the methods of micro and macro inspection.The results showed that the failure of rubber roller was due to the combined action of stress corrosion and fatigue.The temperature and concentration of chromeplating solution,rotation speed and load factors have effects to different degree on the surface cracking.
