介绍了一种冷轧链条用钢的成分设计特点、工艺要求及应用情况,分析了试验钢热、冷轧钢板组织结构,并进行了与日本进口同类钢种的热处理对比试验研究.研究结果表明:该钢以C-Mn钢为基础,采用提Mn降C的技术路线.同时加入一定量的Si,采用合适的工艺制度生产的冷轧钢板是一种具有强度高、耐磨性能好以及高精度地适用于制作变速自行车和摩托车链条等滚子链的冷轧链条专用钢.试验钢的微观组织、力学性能及厚度精度均达到了用户的使用要求.

The composition characteristics and process requirements and application of a cold rolled sheet for chain are designed,the microstruetures of hot rolled and cold rolled sheet are analyzed,and the comparison test with import steel from Japan is studied. The results show that based on C-Mn, the technology route with increasing Mn content and reducing C content is applied, and with suitable Si content, the cold rolled steel sheet chain has high tension and good wear-resisting properties and high precision through suitable technological process, it is appropriate for shift bi-cycle and motorcycle. The mierostructure, properties and thickness precision of the steel have met the user's re-quirements.
