以氧化物Y_2O_3、Fe_2O_3、Bi_2O_3、V_2O_5、CaCO_3为原料,采用固相反应法制备了Y_(1.05)Bi_(0.75)Ca_(1.2)Fe_(4.4)V_(0.6)O_(12)(Bi-CVG)铁氧体材料.通过XRD、SEM和MATS等方法考察了不同烧结温度、保温时间对产物体积密度、晶体结构、形貌和磁性能的影响.结果表明,选择适当的保温时间可以有效提高铁氧体的密度;烧结温度对相稳定性和磁性能影响显著.当烧结条件为1100℃与6h时,所制备的Bi-CVG样品属于体心立方晶系,且粒度大小分布比较均匀,结构致密.该样品磁性能良好,平均晶粒尺寸约为2μm,密度为5.20g/cm~3;主要磁特性为剩磁Br=24.57mT,矫顽力Hc=764.4A/m,饱和磁化强度4πMs=343.2×10~(-4)T.

Y_(1.05)Bi_(0.75)Ca_(1.2)Fe_(4.4)V_(0.6)O_(12)(Bi-CVG)ferrite material was prepared by solid-state reaction using Y_2O_3、Fe_2O_3、Bi_2O_3、V_2O_5、CaCO_3 as raw materials.The effect of sintering temperature and time on the bulk density,structure,morphology and magnetic properties were investigated by XRD,SEM and MATS.The results show that appropriate sintering time can effectively increase the density of ferrite,and the sintering temperature has significant effect on the stability of YIG and magnetic properties.The sample prepared at 1100℃for 6h has a body-centered cubic structure with homogenous distribution of grain sizes and densification structure.The average grain size of the sample is about 2μm,the bulk density ρ=5.21g/cm~3,and the main magnetic parameters are Br=24.57mT,Hc=764.4A/m,4πMs=343.2×10~(-4)T.
