从流涎液膜边部粘带、入夹褶皱、高温伤边、开夹破边等4个异常方面阐述了双向拉伸聚酰亚胺薄膜制造过程中造成产品收率较低的原因,分析了异常产生的主要原因,并提出了相应的解决措施,使聚酰亚胺薄膜制造过程中破膜现象降低,收卷顺利,从而保证了薄膜制造过程正常连续化。

Some reasons of low product yield in the manufacturing process of biaxial orientation poly-imide film(BOPI) were described from four anomaly aspects that resin would adhere to the stainless steel belt when casting, the high-temperature of tongs would scald the film’s edge, the film show wrinkle when entering the tongs and the film’s edge would be tore when opening the tongs. Some main reasons inducing the anomaly were analyzed, and the corresponding treatment measures were put forward, making the broken film phenomena decrease greatly in the manufacturing process of BOPI and ensuring the nor-mal continuous production of the film.
