为解决传统磷化工艺工序多、操作控制难、易产生磷化沉渣等问题,以苯基膦酸为原位磷化剂,以醇酸调和漆为有机涂料,采用一道工序在6061铝合金表面形成原位磷化有机涂层,并利用电化学测试方法对其防护性能进行了评价,同时将其与不加苯基膦酸的有机涂层和经过磷酸盐、铬酸盐处理后的有机涂层进行对比。研究了苯基膦酸含量、固化温度、固化时间对原位磷化有机涂层耐蚀性的影响。结果显示:有机涂料中加入苯基膦酸可明显提高有机涂层的耐腐蚀性能,当苯基膦酸含量为2%(质量分数),固化温度为50℃,固化时间为8h时,有机涂层的耐腐蚀性能最佳,并且优于磷酸盐和铬酸盐处理后的有机涂层。
