本文对含有β成核剂等规聚丙烯的注塑样品进行压缩,研究了不同压缩比、不同压缩温度条件下,注塑样品的皮芯结构变化情况.结果表明,当注塑样品压缩比达到一定临界值时,压缩可以消除注塑样品中晶体结构的不均一性,对于注塑iPP样品来说,该值介于2和4之间;随着压缩比的增大,样品中的β晶和α晶均被进一步破坏,总结晶度降低,晶体的取向度增加;随压缩温度的升高,β晶破坏明显,而α晶含量增加,晶体取向度均略微增大.
