高级检索

采用快速多重旋转碾压(FMRR)的方法对45钢表面进行纳米化处理,同时利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)以及电子显微硬度计对试样表层的塑性变形和纳米结构进行表征.试验结果表明:FMRR处理后45钢表层发生严重的塑性变形,变形层约为20 μm,变形具有方向性;晶粒变得细小,达到纳米量级,呈随机分布,晶粒尺寸约为100 nm,部分晶粒被拉长成条状;没有新相的产生,晶粒的细化致使衍射峰明显宽化;明显提高了材料的表面显微硬度;这种方法为金属材料表面强化提供科学的途径.
