利用同步热分析仪对不同质量分数下聚丙烯(PP)和聚氯乙烯(PVC)共混物从室温升至800℃热降解过程进行了研究.用Kissinger、Flynn-Wall-Ozawa等对PP/PVC共混体系的热反应性能进行研究.结果表明,随着PVC含量的增加,共混体系的热降解过程逐渐表现为两个热降解阶段,体系两个阶段的活化能都有不同程度的降低;熔融峰温相对于纯PP均得以升高,而共混体系的结晶度逐渐下降.由Kissinger法得出,当PVC的质量分数为10%时,第二阶段的Ea最小(191.462 kJ/mol),较纯PVC降低了33.56 kJ/mol.
