为研究除氢处理对置氢钛合金组织与性能的影响,对Ti-6Al-4V合金在不同参数条件下进行了置氢与除氢处理,采用光学显微镜分析了置氢-除氢处理过程中Ti-6Al-4V合金微观组织的演化规律,通过室温拉伸试验研究了置氢-除氢处理后Ti-6Al-4V合金的力学性能,探讨了Ti-6Al-4V合金置氢-除氢组织与力学性能之间的相关性.结果表明:Ti-6Al-4V合金置氢-除氢处理后,其微观组织与力学性能由置氢温度和氢的质量分数共同决定;氢质量分数为0.2%时,除氢后β相比例增加,材料的抗拉强度降低,而延伸率升高,延伸率最大增幅29.6%;氢质量分数为0.8%时,除氢后形成了魏氏组织,材料的强度升高,延伸率降低,抗拉强度最大提高100 MPa.
To study the effect of dehydrogenated treatment on microstructure and mechanical properties of hydrogenated titanium alloy,Ti-6Al-4V alloy was hydrogenated and dehydrogenated under different parameters condition.Microstructure evolution of Ti-6Al-4V alloy was analyzed by optical microscopic during hydrogenated-dehydrogenated treatment.Mechanical properties of Ti-6Al-4V alloy were investigated by tensile test at room temperature after hydrogenated-dehydrogenated treatment.The correlation between the microstructure and mechanical properties was discussed.The results show that the microstructure and mechanical properties of Ti-6Al-4V alloy are determined by hydrogenated temperature and hydrogen content after hydrogenated-dehydrogenated treatment.When the mass ratio of hydrogen is 0.2%,after dehydrogenating,the βphase increases and the tensile strength decreases while the elongation increases by maximal 29.6%.When the mass ratio of hydrogen is 0.8%,after dehydrogenating,Widmanstaten structure forms and the tensile strength increases by maximal 100 MPa while the elongation decreases.
