利用高温流变仪对溶胶-凝胶结合高铝质耐火浇注料的流变特性进行了系统研究,得到了不同剪切速率、剪切时间、测试温度、不同浇注料含水量及浇注料颗粒组成条件下溶胶-凝胶结合高铝质耐火浇注料的流变特性变化规律.同时也对溶胶-凝胶结合高铝质耐火浇注料的流变特性与其它结合方式的耐火浇注料进行了对比研究.还将耐火浇注料流变性能与其施工流动性进行了联动研究.研究表明传统水泥结合高铝质浇注料的流变曲线是宾格汉姆型,而溶胶-凝胶结合高铝质耐火浇注料的流变曲线属带屈服应力的假塑性流体.而流变实验结果与浇注料的施工流动性吻合得较好.还基于流变学实验结果得出了改善高铝质浇注料流变性能的几种方式.

The rheological behavior of sol-gel bonded high alumina castables were studied systemically by a high temperature rheometer. The rheological behavior's changing rules of sol-gel bonded high alumina castables under different conditions such as various shear rate, shear time, temperature, water content and particle composition of castables were determined. Meanwhile the rheological behavior comparison between sol-gel bonded high alumina castables and other binders bonded high alumina castables were carried out. The relationship between the rheological behavior of castables and installation fluidity were also studied. The results indicate that: the rheological curve of high alumina castables bonded by traditional high-alumina cement is Bingham type; the rheological curve of high alumina castables bonded by sol-gel is characterized by pseudo-plasticity fluid with yielding stress. The results of rheological experiment agreed well with its installation fluidity. Based on the rheological experiment results the ways to improve its rheological properties of castables can be achieved.
