镍基带的自发氧化是基于镍基带上制备涂层超导体所面临的一个重要问题.在镍基带上预先制备一层织构的NiO薄膜是解决该问题的一个简单而有效的方法.研究了空气中NiO薄膜的表面氧化外延生长特性,发现高温短时有利于制备高织构度、高平整度和高致密度的NiO薄膜.在优化的温度和时间条件下,制备了高品质的NiO薄膜,并在NiO上利用化学溶液沉积法制备了SmBiO3外延缓冲层,为进一步超导层的制备提供了可能的实用条件.
