实验研究了叶片正弯曲对某大折转角扇形扩压叶栅变冲角性能的影响.结果表明,叶片吸力面表面静压沿展向呈现明显的"C"型分布,促使端部附近低能流体向中径处迁移,且冲角越大,叶展中部低能流体积聚越多,损失增加明显;零冲角和负冲角时,15°、20°弯角正弯叶栅总压损失低于直叶栅,正冲角时情形相反,而25°弯角正弯叶栅损失在所有实验冲角下均大于直叶栅.因此,慎重选择设计参数是在大折转角扩压叶栅中成功应用叶片弯曲技术的前提.
