基于改进的Florence模型和最小面密度为设计准则,构建优化设计目标函数,分别计算不同材料组合的双层复合结构抗弹极限速度、面背板最佳厚度比随面密度的变化曲线.采用防护系数的方法表征其抗弹性能.结果表明:SiC+TC4组合的复合结构面密度最小,防护系数最大,最佳厚度比为4.1~4.5;该方法可用于指导双层复合结构的优化设计.

In order to get curve of ballistic limit velocity and areal density and curve of face?back plate thickness ratio and areal density,objective function was constituted based on Florence model and minimum areal density criterion. Protection performance was tested by protection efficiency. Results indicate that SiC+TC4 has minimum areal and maximum protection efficiency and optimal thickness ratio is 4.1 to 4.5. This method can be used to instruct composites design.
