用中频感应电炉熔炼获得不同Cr含量高Si铁基合金试样。借助光学显微镜、扫描电镜和力学性能检测设备及腐蚀性能检测仪器等手段,分析和研究了含Cr高Si铁基合金的组织、力学性能和耐腐蚀性能。结果表明:含Cr高Si铁基合金的共晶石墨数量少,分散度高,组织细小;当Cr含量>5.2%时,大量的富Cr相在晶界处析出;当Cr加入量为4.5%~6.5%时,其力学性能和耐硝酸腐蚀性能最好,冲击韧性达1.66 J/cm2,腐蚀速率仅为6.3119 g/h·m2;含Cr高Si铁基合金在H2SO4中的腐蚀速率随着Cr含量增加而增加。

The different compositions of Cr-containing high-silicon iron-based alloys are designed which in order to study the mechanical property and the corrosive property of the alloy.the alloys are melted in mediu-frequency induction furnace.Test and research is conducted by using metalloygraphic microscope ,stereoscan and other methods.The results shows that, the mechanical property of the alloy is good when added 4%~5% Cr, at the same time the corrosion rate of the alloy in nitric acid is the lowwest.But the corrosion rate of alloy in the sulfuric acid increasing with the increasing of the percentage composition of Cr.
