内高压成形技术具有诸多的优点如零件具有重量轻、刚度好、零件数量少、可减少后续机械加工和组装焊接量及成本低等, 广泛应用于宇航、汽车等工业. 采用数值模拟技术对防锈铝内高压成形过程中材料的合理流动趋势及其对最终成形结果的影响进行了分析, 并与实验结果进行了比较. 结果表明低塑性材料-防锈铝成形过程中皱纹的形成及形状是关键, 影响到成形的结果, 应采用合理的工艺参数来控制皱纹的形成.
