研究了树状大分子聚酰胺-胺PAMAM(1G)外围的氨基与中氮茚衍生物CCA中的羧基的自组装行为.这一自组装实现了对树状大分子PAMAM的表面修饰,从而也实现了CCA由油相向水相的转移.水相中PAMAM的紫外吸收与荧光都明显增强,且变化的程度与CCA的浓度有直接关系的紫外与荧光监测结果,都证实这一相转移的发生.
