采用差式扫描热分析(DSC)和高温动态X射线衍射(XRD)对喷雾造粒自炭黑微球的烧结行为进行了研究.结果表明,白炭黑在高温下发生了非晶向晶态的转变,喷雾造粒白炭黑微球的转变温度比白炭黑粉末低80℃.通过Kissinger方程和Doyle-Ozawa方程计算,喷雾造粒微球的晶化表观活化能为310kJ/mol,随着非晶转变百分比增加,晶化激活能逐渐减小.
