对太钢1280mm立式连铸机生产的1CrllMoV板坯表面纵裂进行分析研究,提出了控制中包过热度、改变结晶器及二冷冷却制度、控制钢中碳含量、调整保护渣等工艺控制措施,使铸坯的纵裂得到明显降低。

After analyzing the surface cracks of 1Crl 1 MoV stainless steel continuous cast slab produced by TISCO 1280 mm continuous casting, measures like controlling molten steel superheat, altering mold cooling strength, secondary cooling water, carbon content and fluxes were put forward so that the horizontal cracks were reduced significantly.
