采用电化学方法测量了镀锌钢和碳钢电极在不同电位下的电化学阻抗谱,建立了确定其阴极保护参数和最佳保护电位的方法.结果表明,采用电化学阻抗谱可以确定金属材料在给定条件下的阴极保护参数;实际应用证明整个系统能很好地延缓腐蚀,且有效地延长了接地网的服务寿命.同时介绍了一个阴极保护的智能远程监控系统.

The electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) of carbon steel and zinc-coated steel was measured at different potentials to determine the cathodic protection parameters and optimize the protection potential Results show that the optimum cathodic protection parameters such as protection potential could be obtained by EIS measurements. The practical use of anti-corrosion system of cathodic protection can restrain the condition of corrosion. Cathodic protection is very significant for prolonging the service life of grounding grid.
