针对钻井往复泵动力端轴承的失效问题,利用扫描电镜(SEM)、能谱仪(EDS)等设备对NUP206轴承的疲劳失效进行分析。结果表明:轴承内圈和滚动体表面剥落较严重,而轴承外圈内表面剥落较轻;在轴承内、外圈和滚动体表面,其主要成分为C和Fe元素;轴承内圈表面及滚动体均存在鱼鳞状剥落凹坑;试验轴承的失效形式为疲劳失效。

In order to solve the failure problem of oil drilling reciprocating pump,the fatigue failure of NUP206 bearing was analyzed using scanning electron microscope(SEM)and energy dispersive spectroscopy(EDS). The results show that serious surface spalling occurs to the inner ring and steel ball,while that on the outer ring is mild. The main components of spall are C and Fe elements. There exist some scale pits on the surface of the inner ring. The analysis shows the failure mode of bearing is fatigue failure.
