研究了纤维面密度不同的夹心材料对不同浊度的聚苯乙烯(PS)微球悬浮液的过滤效率、压力降的变化情况。研究发现,纤维密度为2.5 g/m^2时夹心材料的滤性能相对较好,浊度为80NTU时,QF最大为1.713×10^-3。通过扫描电镜(SEM)表征了夹心材料的形貌及不同面密度纤维的孔径大小,平均孔径随着面密度的增加而逐渐减小,且过滤效率随着平均孔径的减小而逐渐增加。夹心材料在循环使用5次后,过滤效率及纤维的保留率都下降。

The sandwich structure purification material containing electrospun polyvinyl alcohol(PVA) nanofibers,which is water-soluble before heating,was successfully prepared.The morphology and pore diameter were characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The relations of filtration efficiency and pressure drop of the titled material to different area density for polystyrene(PS) microsphere suspension were discussed.The results show that perfect filtration properties appear with the area density of 2.5 g/m^2 for the 80 NTU water purification,in this case,the maximum QF value is 1.713×10-3.The average pore diameter decreases with the increase of area density and the filtration efficiency increases with the decrease of average pore diameter.The filtration efficiency and retention rate of fibers decrease after the sandwich structure purification material being used 5 times.
