在波纹翅片上开设矩形翼和组合翼纵向涡发生器,采用数值模拟的方法分析其强化换热特性,分析辅翼的几何尺寸,包括辅翼攻角、长度和宽度等对换热增强比Nu/Nu0以及综合强化换热因子(Nu/Nu0)/(f/fo)1/3的影响.结果发现:矩形翼和组合翼能显著增强波纹翅片的对流换热;由于开设纵向涡发生器后使流动阻力增加,综合强化换热因子小于换热增强比;组合翼的换热增强比和综合强化换热因子均大于矩形翼;对于组合翼,随着辅翼攻角、辅翼长度或辅翼宽度的增加,换热增强比和综合强化换热因子均增加.
