1100 kV盆式绝缘子是特高压GIS的关键部件,然而国内在设计、制造方面仍落后于国际领先水平,加快实现1100 kV盆式绝缘子的国产化意义重大。在1100 kV盆式绝缘子的研发过程中,机械强度偏低成为制约国产化应用的瓶颈,尝试了两种先进的界面处理工艺,结果表明采用导电橡胶工艺大幅提升了水压破坏值及其一致性,并通过了型式试验的考核。在产品批量化生产初期,产品合格率较低,存在较严重的外观质量缺陷,对此进行分析并制定了一系列切实可行的质量管控措施,成效显著,盆式绝缘子以高质量出厂并成功应用于“皖电东送”特高压输电工程。

1 100 kV basin-type insulator is a key component of ultra high voltage (UHV) GIS, however the design and manufacturing technology in China is still far behind the international advanced level, so accelerating the domestic production of 1 100 kV insulator is of great significance. In the stage of product development, to enhance the mechanical strength, we tried two advanced interface treatment pro-cesses. The results showed that the improved insulator using conductive rubber process had high water pressure failure value as well as good consistency, and passed through the type test. In the initial stage of mass production, the product qualified rate was very low because the products existed serious appear-ance quality problem. Then many practical and feasible quality control measures were adopted, and the results were very good. Finally the insulators left factory with high quality and was successfully applied in“Anhui power transmission project”.
