拼焊板Tailor welded blanks(TWB)作为一种先进的制造工艺技术,在满足零件不同性能要求的同时,还能满足减少重量,节约能源要求。文章就不等厚异质高强钢拼焊板的拉伸性能进行了研究,结果表明:当焊缝平行于拉伸方向时,断后伸长率较大,与焊缝垂直于拉伸方向相比较,板材有较大的拉伸变形能力,较好的成形性能;焊缝平行于拉伸方向时,断口为韧性断裂与解理断裂的混合型形貌,焊缝垂直于拉伸方向时,断口形貌为等轴韧窝。

Tailor welded blanks (TWB) is an advanced manufacturing, it can meet the different needs for properties of components. Meanwhile,it can reduce the weight and energy consumption.The tensile test of TWB with different thickness and qualities jointed by laser welding were carried out in this paper.Results show that the percentage elongation is increased when the weld line is paralleled to the tensile axis.compared with the weld line perpendicular to the tensile axis. The TWB have better elongation and deformation formability.When the weld line is paralleled to the tensile axis,the fracture is a mixed surface, combining toughness rupture with cleavage rupture, and the fracture surface is equiaxial cavities, when the weld line is perpendicular to the tensile axis.
