介绍了碱性锌酸盐镀锌和氯化钾镀锌这2种常用无氰镀锌的应用情况、典型配方和工艺条件。指出光亮剂对无氰镀锌层的外观和性能起着重要作用,并列举了典型的光亮剂配方。提出应开发出更为先进的环境友好型镀锌新工艺和添加剂。

The application status, typical bath compositions, and process conditions of two types of common cyanide-free zinc plating processes i.e. alkaline zincate system and potassium chloride system were introduced. It is indicated that the brightener plays an important part in the appearance and properties of zinc coating obtained from a cyanide-free plating bath. Some typical brightener formulations were listed. It is proposed that more advanced environment-friendly zinc plating process and corresponding additives should be developed.
