采用表面能谱分析、电化学以及恒温恒湿、交变湿热等试验方法,研究了酸洗工艺对无间隙原子钢(IF钢)腐蚀性能的影响.结果表明,5%盐酸酸洗后IF钢表面Mn元素含量降低,耐腐蚀性提高;盐酸酸洗提高了IF钢的抗腐蚀能力,消除了IF钢表面Mn元素的富集.

The effect of pickling on the corrosion resistance of interstitial free steel(IF steel)was studied by using energy dispersive X-ray analysis,electrochemical test,corrosion test at constant temperature and humidity,and alternating damp-and-hot corrosion test.It has been found that the content of manganese on the surface of IF steel is reduced after being dipped in 5 % hydrochloric acid bath,and hence the corrosion resistance of the IF steel is increased.The reason might be that etching in hydrochloric acid contributed to eliminaton of the enrichment of manganese on surface of IF the steel,leading to increasing corrosion resistance of the steel.
