在物理冶金基本模型基础上,通过对实验数据进行回归,建立了Q235普碳钢的亚态再结晶及晶粒长大模型;模型计算和实验所测结果相吻合.采用双道次进行压缩实验,条件为变形速率0.01~0.1 s-1,变形温度950~1100 ℃,初始晶粒尺寸56~85 μm.
