针对焦化废水二级生化处理COD、色度无法达标的问题,实验研究了非均相铁锰改性高岭土催化剂在电芬顿法深度处理焦化废水的效果,探讨了催化剂投入量、初始pH值、氯化钠对COD去除率的影响.研究表明,铁锰改性高岭土催化剂采用电芬顿氧化处理后的焦化废水COD和色度得到有效去除.焦化废水在催化剂投加量为0.8g/L、初始pH值为4、反应30mim时,COD去除率达到88.6%,色度去除率达到93.8%.

Aiming at the problem that the COD,chroma of the effluent from the secondary biological treatment process of coking wastewater cannot meet the standard,The Electro-Fenton oxidation coking wastewater catalyzed by Fe and Mn modified kaolin has been investigated.It was found that using the Electro-Fenton oxidation process can remove the COD and chroma from the coking wastewater effectively.The initial pH value is 4,dosage of catalyst 0.8g/L,the removing rates of COD and chroma can reach up to 88.6% and 93.8% after 30 minutes.
