通过三氟乙酸盐-金属有机物沉积方法(TFA-MOD)研究了Ce掺杂对钇钡铜氧(YBCO)超导薄膜性能的影响.观察到10 mol%Ce掺杂使YBCO超导薄膜的c轴取相降低,出现明显的a轴晶粒,薄膜表面变得粗糙.尽管超导临界温度稍有减小,其超导临界电流密度(Jc)在高磁场下性能获得了有效提高,当外磁场强度达到2T时,超导薄膜的钉扎力(Fp)达到了5 GN/m3,比纯YBCO的Fp提高了近30%.通过磁化临界电流密度对磁场的依赖关系得出了两种特征的磁场强度,即不可逆场和单磁场匹配场,由此获得了磁热相图及其受掺杂量的影响,一个明显的特征是65K温度下的不可逆场Hirr提高了近65%.

To study the effect of Ce doping on YBCO films,10 mol% Ce doped YBCO films is fabricated by traditional TFA-MOD.It is found that the YBCO(00l) peaks are suppressed and its morphology became worse in Ce doped YBCO film.Although apparent a-axis grains takes place in case of the Ce doping concentration being 10 mol%,the critical current density is enhanced in higher magnetic fields and the flux pinning force reaches 5 GN/m3 at 2T,being 30% higher than that of pure YBCO.Two characteristic magnetic fields are determined from the field dependence of Jc,and then the magneto-thermal phase diagram as well as the influence of doping on it are worked out,showing 65% improvement of the irreversible fields at 65K.
