采用多参考最小二乘复频法对具有相同结构的AZ91D镁合金试件和A380铝合金试件进行模态参数识别.在同等激励脉冲输入条件下进行2种材料时域激励响应特征的多特征点对比测试,比较AZ91D镁合金替换A380铝合金前后试件结构动力学性能的差异,通过整体频响函数和激励响应特性对AZ91D镁合金阻尼减振的工程实际效果进行评价.结果表明:在几何结构相同的情况下,2种材料的固有频率和固有振型模态参数相似,AZ91D镁合金试件具有更好的模态阻尼比.但由于镁合金材料刚性较低,仅通过直接的材料替换,镁合金材料的高阻尼减振性难以在实际工程中得到有效表现.
