采用等离子体烧结工艺制备出晶粒尺寸为15~100 nm高密度系列纳米晶钛酸钡陶瓷:原位变温拉曼光谱研究了纳米晶钛酸钡陶瓷微区结构特性.结果表明,纳米晶钛酸钡陶瓷相变区间弥散,呈现多相共存的结构特性;即使钛酸钡陶瓷晶粒小到15nm,仍然存在与大晶粒钛酸钡陶瓷类似的行为即随温度的降低经历从立方→四方→正交→三方的相转变.
