研究了不同合金成分对大厚度尺寸高性能钢板力学性能的影响,对比研究了30、60、80mm厚钢板中心部和1/4厚度处的组织和性能的均匀性,通过适当的合金化和/或回火工艺可改善大厚度尺寸钢板心部力学性能,使大厚度钢板的组织性能更均匀化,并且使60~80mm厚度的钢板的心部强度达到420MPa以上.

The effect of different alloy contents on the homogeneity of microstructure and mechanical properties and 1/2 and 1/4 thickness of 30, 60 and 80 mm heavy gauge plate steels were investigated. Modification of microallo-ying and tempering process was employed to optimize the mechanical properties and to ensure the homogeneity and the strength more than 420 MPa at the center of 60-80 mm thick plates.
