通过采用盐雾箱、紫外线老化试验箱、恒电位仪、原子力显微镜等仪器,对结构用S250GD+Z彩涂板的耐加速腐蚀性能进行了检测与分析,结果表明:S250GD+Z彩涂板的耐加速腐蚀性能达到《GB/T 12754-2006》及《EN 10169-2:2006》的要求;S250GD+Z彩涂板经2 000 h紫外线老化后,涂层表面粗糙度增加,阻抗值下降,导致涂层的耐腐蚀性能下降。

The accelerated corrosion behavior of prepainted steel sheet for construction S250GD+Z was studied by salt fog spray analysis,UV accelerated ageing test,electrochemical impedance spectroscope technique and atomic force microscopy.The results showed that its accelerated corrosion performance can meet the demand of the standard《GB/T 12754-2006》and《EN 10169-2:2006》.After UV accelerated ageing test for 2 000 h,its corrosion resistance declined with the increase of roughness and decrease of electrochemical impedance of the coating surface.
