以甲基丙烯酸甲酯为反应物,偶氮二异丁腈为引发剂,无水乙醇和水为分散介质,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮为分散剂,乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯(EGDMA)或SR454NS为交联剂,采用分散聚合的方法,制备了单分散交联聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯微球,研究了无水乙醇/水介质的配比、单体浓度和交联剂种类对PMMA微球的影响,并利用傅里叶红外光谱仪、激光粒度分析仪、热失重分析仪、扫描电子显微镜等对所制得的PMMA样品进行红外、粒度及跨度分布、热稳定性及形貌进行表征和观察。结果表明,制备的PMMA交联微球球形度好,粒径在2μm~4μm,粒径分布窄。

Monodisperse cross-linked poly ( methyl methacrylate ) microspheres were prepared by dispersion polymerization with methyl methacrylate as reactant,2,2-azobisizobutyronitrile ( AIBN) as initiator,ethanol-water as solvent, polyvinylpyrrolidone ( PVP ) as dispersing agent and ethylene glycol dimethacrylate as cross-linking agent. The influence of ratio of ethanol/water medium,the concentration of the monomer and the type of cross-linking agent on the PMMA particles were investigated. And the samples were analysed and characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectrometer,laser particle size analyzer,thermal gravimetric analysis,scanning elec-tron microscopy.
