本文运用ANSYS有限元软件对橡胶的微波加热过程进行了数值模拟研究,分别获得了传统加热方式下和微波功率为5kW,6kW,7kW,8kW,9kW,10kW时橡胶的升温效应,结果表明,微波加热的时间短,效率高。经微波加热后橡胶内部的焦耳热密度分布和温度分布不均匀,但橡胶的温度分布规律与焦耳热密度分布规律相同,胶料中间部位升温最高,并且胶料的温度随微波功率的升高而升高。

In this paper, the finite element software ANSYS is utilized to research the numerical simulation process of rubber microwave heating, we respectively achieved the warming effect of the internal part of rubber in the traditional heating mode and the microwave heating mode, the power of microwave is 5 kW, 6 kW, 7 kW, 8 kW, 9 kW, 10 kW, respectively. The results show that the time of microwave heating is short, and the efficiency is high. After microwave heating, the Joule heat density distribution and temperature distribution of the internal part of rubber are uneven, but the temperature distribution rule is in accordance with the joule heat density distribution rule, the highest temperature exists in the middle part of rubber, the temperature of rubber increased with the increase of microwave power.
