以无铬绝缘涂料为原料,利用涂层机组制备了无取向电工钢无铬绝缘涂层。采用扫描电镜、能谱、辉光光谱等测试方法分析了涂层表面形貌、元素成分及涂层厚度。通过调整涂辊压力、SF段张力,涂层层间电阻可控制在800 Ω·mm2/片左右以保证良好的绝缘性。无铬绝缘涂层中不含有毒的Cr6+,符合RoHS指令的环保要求,其综合性能可满足无取向电工钢的应用要求。

Nonchromate insulating coating on the nonoriented electrical was fabricated by the coating unit using the nonchromate insulating paint as raw material. The surface topography, composition and thickness of the nonchromate insulating coating were investigated by using SEM, energy dispersion spectrum (EDS) and glow discharge spectrometry (GDS). The interlamination resistance of the coating is about 800 Ω·mm2 per piece for insuring good insulating property by adjusting the roller pressure and the tensile force of SF section. The coating is accorded with the environmentally friendly requirement of the RoHS dictate. The integrated performance of the coating can meet the applied requirements of the nonoriented electrical.
