近年来随着高分子材料在生物医学领域研究的深入,导电高分子以其特有的化学和物理性质,受到国内外学者的广泛重视.导电聚吡咯(PPy)在空气中稳定,导电性较高,能可逆氧化还原且无细胞毒性.PPy在生物医学领域的应用包括生物传感器、用于粘附蛋白质或DNA的基质及电化学控制释放药物的电极等.本文主要简述了PPy在组织工程中的应用.
