为提高聚谷氨酸苄酯的亲水性和抗凝血性能,采用紫外光交联法将亲水性和抗凝血性能良好的2-甲基丙烯酰氧乙基磷酰胆碱(MPC)引入端烯丙基-聚谷氨酸苄酯(A-PBLG)原位制备出A-PBLG与MPC的共聚物(PBLG-co-PMPC).研究结果表明,PBLG-co-PMPC中的MPC含量随着照射时间的增加而增加.由于MPC的引入导致PBLG-co-PMPC的亲水性和降解速度都得到明显地提高.血小板粘附实验研究表明,PBLG-co-PMPC比A-PBLG具有更好的抗凝血性能.

In order to improve the hydrophility and antithrombogenicity of allyl-terminated poly (7-benzyl-L-glu-tamate) (A-PBLG),2-methacryloyloxyethyl phosphorycholine (MFC) with good hydrophility and antithrombogenicity was copolymerized with A-PBLG through photo-induced polymerization and PBLG-co-PMPC was successfully prepared. The results indicated that MPC content in PBLG-co-PMPC was increased with the increase of the irradiation time. The hydrophility and biodegradation property of PBLG-co-PMPC were improved because of MPC introducing. The results of blood platelet adhesion indicated that PBLG-co-PMPC had better antithrombogenicity than A-PBLG.
