采用室温固相反应结合水热处理制备了纳米层状双金属氧氧化物(LDHs).利用X射线粉末衍射(XRD)、傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)、扫描电镜(SEM)、热重(TG- DTA)等分析方法对样品的物相、形貌、粒径、热稳定性进行了表征.研究结果表明经水热处理后,产品颗粒由不规则的团聚体转化为规则的六方形片状结构,改善了晶体结晶性能,生成了分散性良好的层状双金属氢氧化物.
