采用锈蚀率测定、腐蚀形貌观察及腐蚀产物分析,研究了钢筋HPB235在0.5%NaCl模拟孔隙液中的腐蚀情况,测试了腐蚀前后钢筋的力学性能变化。结果表明,腐蚀时间从240h延长到720h,钢筋的锈蚀率逐渐增加,腐蚀逐渐加重,但腐蚀产物成分变化不大;腐蚀720h后,钢筋的屈服强度下降不到5%,但抗拉强度和延伸率的下降均超过10%。

The corrosion behavior of reinforcing steel HPB235 in concrete structure in 0. 5% NaCl solution was investigated by corrosion rate measuring, corrosion morphology observation and corrosion scale analysis, and its mechanical properties were tested before and after corrosion. The results showed that the time increased from 240 h to 720 h, the corrosion rate increased and the corrosion became heavier and heavier, but the composition of corrosion scale was not changed obviously. After 720 h, the yield strength decreased by less than 5% , but the tensile strength and the elongation decreased by more than 10%.
