研究了热镀锌连续退火工艺对NbTiIF钢性能及再结晶织构的影响。利用Gleeble3800热模拟试验机对带钢在80 m/min和120 m/min两种带速条件下的连续退火工艺进行了模拟,采用780、820、860、900 ℃ 4种模拟温度。用X射线衍射仪、透射电子显微镜、光学显微镜、电子拉伸试验机对样品的再结晶织构、组织、第二相粒子及力学性能进行了检测和分析。结果表明,退火工艺直接影响退火试样的力学性能、第二相粒子的形态、大小及分布和退火织构。经综合分析,给出了NbTiIF钢最佳连续退火制度。

The influence of continuous annealing on the properties and recrystallization texture of NbTiIF steel was studied. The hot simulation of continuous annealing was performed on Gleeble3800.The simulated line speed was 80 m/min and 120 m/min, the simulated annealing temperature was 780,820,860 and 900 ℃. Xray and TEM were used to examine the annealed samples. It was proved that there is a close relationship between the mechanical properties, the second phase’s shape, recrystallization texture and the continuous annealing technology. The optimum continuous annealing schedule was obtained.
