利用二维Miedeman坐标(△φ^*和△n^-1/3W-S)以及加入尺寸因素△RRA构成的三维化学坐标揭示了化学镀多元合金的非晶形成规律,对已有实验结果的60个化学镀多元合金系分析表明,非晶化条件为:二维坐标系中,二元和三元体系,|△φ^*|>6.9|△n^-1/3W-S|;二元,三地和四元体系,|△φ^*|>6.9|△n^-1/3W-S|+0.1,三维坐标系中,二元体系|△R/RA|>0.18[1-|△n^-1/3W-S|/(-0.01)-|△φ^*|/0.08|,二元和三元体系,|△R/RA|>0.14[1-|△n^-1/3W-S|/(-0.01)-|△φ^*|/0.O8];二元,三元和四元体系,|△R/RA|>0.26[1-|△n^-1/3W-S|/(-0.01)-|△φ^*|/0.07]。二元和三元合金系统的区分准确率高于84%,四元合金体系的区分准确率高于81%.
