TiAl吸氢量小,抗高温吸氢性优异.与镍基合金相比,TiAl抗燃气热腐蚀性及抗熔盐热腐蚀性均较好.TiAl的抗氧化性有限.未经表面改性处理时在800℃以上尚不足以使用.合金化元素、显微组织、机械载荷、表面状态等均可影响TiAl的高温氧化行为.
