通过溶液共聚合制备了乙酸乙烯酯(VAc)与衣康酸(IA)的共聚物P(VAc-CO—IA),进一步通过傅里叶变换红外吸收光谱、核磁共振氢谱和凝胶渗透色谱分析,研究了不同加料方式和不同单体投料比对聚合转化率及共聚产物结构的影响。结果表明:(1)VAc和IA同时一次性加入,聚合转化率较低(5h后,转化率仅33.7%);VAc一次性加入,但1A逐步加入,聚合转化率较高(5h后,转化率不低于69.6%);(2)随着IA含量增加,共聚物相对分子质量降低,多分散系数增大;(3)与均聚物PVAc相比,共聚物P(VAc—CO—IA)等规度降低,但间规异构体含量增大近2倍。

P(VAc-co-IA) with different compositions were prepared through solution copolymerization of vinyl acetate(VAc) with itaconic acid (IA). By using Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, 1H-nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy and gel permeation chromatography, the effects of the feeding manner and the monomer ratio on the conversion and the structure of the copolymer were studied. The results show that: (1) the single feeding of both VAc and IA results in lower conversion (33.7% in 5 hours) while the continuous feeding of IA but single feeding of VAc result in higher conversion (more than 69.6 % in 5 hours) ; (2) the molecular mass of P(VAc-co-IA) decreases with increase of IA content, and the polydispersity index becomes higher; (3) compared wit'h PVAc, the isotacticity of P(VAc-co-IA) is lower, but the content of syndiotacticity in copolymer increases, which is two times of that in PVAc.
