本文首次提出用微畴—宏畴转变理论进行图象存储,它解决了利用光铁电效应对块状PLZT 陶瓷进行图象存储时必须加高电压的问题,为实现与集成电路(IC)的兼容提供了一个良好的途径。
Image storage is first achieved according to micro-macro domain transforma-tion theory.In comparison to the PFE image storage in bulk PLZT ceramics,its device is com-patible with IC for its storage only at very low electric field.
