深入研究了合金Sm3Fe18.5Co9Ti1.5的HD和HDDR处理过程.HD过程分别于350、400和450℃处理4h;HDDR过程于800℃处理2h.试验发现HD和HDDR法均可有效的对合金进行破碎处理,HDDR法由于其形核长大机制可有效的用于制备纳米晶复合材料;350℃时HD法可以有效的进行,随着温度的升高试样发生分解反应.给出了HD及HDDR处理后合金所表现的典型形貌.

HD (hydrogen decrepitation) and HDDR (hydrogenation disproportionation desorption recombination) processes of Sm3Fe18.5Co9Ti1.5 are studied. HD treatments were carried out at 350. 400 and 450℃ respectively for 4h and HDDR treatment was carried out at 800C for 2h. Some special phenomena of HD and HDDR are presented. It is found that both HD and HDDR are good methods for pulverizing. HDDR is a very effective way to produce nanocrystalline composite material due to its nucleation and growth processes. The optimistic temperature for HD treatment is 350℃, and when the temperature is higher than 400℃ the alloy begins to decompose. During HDDR the hydrogenation disproportionation processes is completed at 800℃ for 1h.
