钢铁市场进入微利时代,提高企业竞争优势的出路在于科技创新、优化工艺,实现低成本生产品种钢战略。针对上述问题,邯钢结合炼钢和轧钢技术装备能力,采用了低碳、高铌以及较低的Cu、Ni、Mo成分设计,采用优化的HTP(OHTP)工艺生产出大厚壁、低成本的X80高级别管线钢。检测结果表明,采用OHTP工艺生产的X80管线钢显微组织、力学性能、-15℃落锤性能均符合国家标准和用户的要求。同时,采用OHTP轧制工艺生产的X80管线钢具有优良的低温韧性,完全满足西气东输二线项目对大壁厚X80管线钢热轧钢板的技术要求。

The steel and iron market enters the meager profit time.Improvement of competitive advantage depends on the scientific innovation and optimizing process to achieve variety steel strategy through low cost.As for the question mentioned above,combining the technical equip capacity of steelmaking and steel rolling process in Handan Iron and Steel Group,low cost X80 pipeline steel with heavy wall was produced through composition design such as low carbon,high Nb,low Cu,Ni and Mo by optimized HTP(OHTP).The test results show that microstructure,the mechanical properties,-15 ℃ drop hammer performance can reach the national standards and user's requirements.Meanwhile,the X80 pipeline steel with excellent low temperature toughness can meet the specification of heavy wall for hot rolling steel plate in natural gas transport project from west to east.
